At Park Medical GYN, we are dedicated to helping our patients maintain optimal reproductive and overall health. In addition to adult gynecology services, we also specialize in pediatric and adolescent gynecology, ensuring that young women receive the care they need in a supportive and caring environment.

We are excited to be joining Park Medical Associates to encompass a multi-disciplinary approach to women's health under one office. The office will include four seasoned primary care physicians and one pulmonologist to assist in complete medical care. We believe in open communication and empowering our patients with knowledge to make informed decisions about their health. Dr. Julie Jacobstein
Dr. Julie Jacobstein, MD, FACOG, a Baltimore native, is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She graduated from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai with Alpha Omega Alpha distinction and completed her residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in 2002. After working in Philadelphia, she returned to Baltimore in 2005, where she joined the full-time faculty of Sinai Hospital of Baltimore for 19 years. While practicing general obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Jacobstein served as a resident instructor and mentor. Additionally, she has been Clerkship Director for medical students from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and the George Washington School of Medicine. She is one of the area's leading pediatric and adolescent gynecologists and treats a wide range of gynecological conditions in her general practice.
Dr. David Silverman
Dr. David Silverman, MD, FACOG is a board-certified OB/GYN from Jacksonville, Florida. He graduated from the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine and moved to Baltimore to complete his OB/GYN training at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore in 1999. After his residency, Dr. Silverman worked in private practice for three years before returning to Sinai where he worked as a member of the full-time faculty for 18 years. He has previously served as the Residency Director and, for ten years, was the Director of Labor & Delivery and Director of the Faculty Practice. His patients value his approachable and compassionate demeanor, and he has developed a loyal following over the years. Dr. Silverman provides comprehensive gynecological care, including minor and major procedures, performed with minimally invasive techniques.
Dr. Carla Weisman
Dr. Carla Weisman, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist from Scarsdale, New York. She graduated from New York University Grossman School of Medicine and completed her OB/GYN residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Weisman moved to Baltimore in 2000, where she was a part of the full-time faculty at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore for the 24 years. She served on the Committee for Quality Improvement for 20 years, which focused on improving patient safety. Her years of experience and vast knowledge has led to a faithful following of her patients. She treats the full scope of gynecological conditions, specializing in treatment of menopausal symptoms.
